Here's how the cash rebate works
Employees or members must register in the program before speaking to an agent. Employees and recruits are eligible for a substantial cash rebate when selling or buying their homes. For instance, if the agent’s commission is $5,000, the 20% employee rebate would amount to $1,000 upon closing with the assigned agent. If they engage in two transactions (buying and selling), they will receive double cash rebates, calculated at 20% of the employee's side of the agent’s commission.
The services are offered where allowable by law and based on availability. Commission and sales prices vary. This offer is available to current employees, lump sum transferees, and recruits of entities with an active agreement with Affiliated Moves. The ability to pay a cash rebate may be prohibited in some states and by some lenders. These rebates are not available to customers who are receiving full relocation program benefits or have already committed to another referral or affinity program, real estate company, or agent.
